Use our GUMMIGRAM™ Builder to create your personal gummi message -- or choose from our pre-written greetings! We will also add a hand-written gift tag so that your recipient knows who it's from.

In order to protect the quality of the gummi candies as much as possible, we ship every gummigram via 2-day service.

SHIPPING METHOD:

Gummigrams are only shipped out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to allow 2-day arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot control the carrier to deliver on time.

Gummigrams are shipped without cool packs or dry ice and will normally arrive in excellent condition under normal weather conditions. Please be conscious of the weather at the destination. If they are experiencing extreme heat, please don’t order.

At this time, we are only able to ship within the continental USA, and we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

TRACKING:

The person who orders the GUMMIGRAM will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed by our shipping department. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS AFTER PURCHASE / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE:

GUMMIGRAM is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. A fee will be charged for any address corrections made by our shipping carrier to ensure proper delivery. We do not issue refunds for packages that are refused by the recipient or that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you realize that a correction is necessary for the delivery address, please contact us at support@gummigram.com as soon as possible. If the product has not shipped, we will change the ship-to address. Please include the order number, your name, and the new shipping information. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS: We take every effort to make sure that your GUMMIGRAM will arrive in great condition! We do not accept returns, but we may provide store credit for mechanical failures in the lighting mechanism. Please contact us at SUPPORT@GUMMIGRAM.COM if you are unsatisfied with the product. Please note that we do not issue refunds for packages that are refused by the recipient or that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

What makes GUMMIGRAM special? 

The person who receives a GUMMGRAM will get a personalizes message from you, spelled out in gummi letters, numbers, and shapes. When they pull it out of the box, the box lights up and the translucent gummis are illuminated. Plus, they will get three additional bags of GUMMIGRAM gummis to eat and enjoy, and they can make their own messages for fun!

What messages can I make on my GUMMIGRAM?

You can make any message you want up to 33 characters (3 rows with 11 spaces for characters per row). We leave the message up to you, but please be kind! GUMMIGRAMs are all about fun and positivity, and we reserve the right to refuse sending messages that are deemed violent, hateful, threatening, or just plain mean. We also use a filter in the GUMMGRAM builder that refuses swear words. 

What kind of gummis are GUMMIGRAM? 

These are candy gummis with no nutritional supplements or enhancements. 

Are your gummis kosher or “free from” anything? 

No, are gummis are not certified kosher, and we do not make any “free from” claims. Our gummis also use gelatin, which is not suitable for vegetarians.  Please refer to the Nutrition Facts and ingredients.
